ARCHITECTURE
As architects, we combine our sense of design with technical expertise to create homes that function well, are aesthetically pleasing, and are enjoyable to live in.
Along with extensive communication with our clients, our architectural team uses a process of technical drawings, 3D renderings, and 3D printed models to arrive at a design. From there, permitting and construction documents are created using AutoDesk Revit, the most efficient BIM software available. We give careful consideration to the environment and as well as the context of the project site while creating your home.
Sullivan Studios Architecture is our in-house architectural team. We are licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
At SSI we have a passion for craftsmanship and for all of the trades involved with building a new home. We pride ourselves with being an open book to the homeowner and maintain an open flow of communication through the construction process. We are transparent in both our billing and business practices and always look out for the homeowners best interest every step of the way.
RENOVATION
At SSI we have extensive experience with home renovations of all types and scales. Whether you are updating your bathroom and kitchen, taking on a whole-house renovation, or restoring a historic property, we take the proper steps toward making your project a success. While working on a renovation we are sensitive to the conditions of your existing home and always keep our jobsites clean and safe.
