River Road Cape

Built on the shores of Narrow River in Saunderstown, Rhode Island, this home is very spacious, yet simple.  It is a cape cod style home with larger rooms than the traditional arrangement.  It features Loewen Windows, Western Red Cedar siding, copper gutters, and large front and back porches with Meranti wood decking.  This home has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a walk-out basement. We built this new home in 2001-2002, acting as both the architect and the general contractor.
