Green Hill Cottage

This Cape Cod style home was built directly on Green Hill Beach in South Kingstown, Rhode Island.  Our expertise in coastal construction was important to the renovation of this home due to the extreme weather to which it is exposed.  We renovated the existing spaces, created an addition, and added a side porch for the enjoyment of ocean views.  We also completely re-sided, re-trimmed, and re-roofed the exterior.  The kitchen cabinets are made from reclaimed heart pine, and the shelves are custom made stainless steel.  The windows are Marvin, the exterior trim is cedar, and the siding is Western Red Cedar with a stain.
