Narrow River Ranch

Our clients purchased this 1980’s ranch along narrow river in the Mettatuxet neighborhood of Narragansett, Rhode Island. Their goal was to create a coastal cottage of their own. It had to take advantage of natural light, connect visually to the water, and have an open and modern floor plan. This home features Andersen 400 Series Windows, cedar trim, and Eastern White Cedar siding with a weathering stain. We completely renovated this home in 2017, acting as both the architect and the general contractor.
