Great Island

Built on a peninsula on Great Island, this site presented many challenges to us as builders. With sandy ground to work with, we had to use a system of helical piers and grade beams to create a foundation strong enough to support this home. Once the foundation was set, this beautiful home came together with ease. It features Marvin Windows, cedar exterior trim, Alaskan Yellow Cedar siding, and deck boards out of Ipe.
